All parts are inspected and reassembled with new factory parts.
The entire BC is water-tested for leaks.
V.I.P - VISUAL INSPECTION PROGRAM
Tank needs to be visually inspected annually.
Interior and Exterior inspected for imperfections.
Cylinder's neck threads are cleaned.
Neck threads are electronically inspected using Visual Plus Inspection machine (Alum ONLY).
Valve is inspected for abnormalities, the dip-tube is tightened, and the face and neck o-rings are replaced
A new V.I.P. inspection sticker is placed on the tank.
Cylinder is refilled and water tested
For this, we completely disassemble the regulator and clean all of the parts as prescribed by the manufacturer. We then reassemble the regulator, replacing the warranty parts (typically this includes but may not be limited to, the filter, valve seats, and dynamic O-rings), and inspecting all of the components. Once reassembled, the regulator is put on our flow bench and tuned to the manufacturer's specifications for interstage pressures, flow rates, cracking pressure (inhalation effort) and exhalation effort.

Nitrox tanks & valves are oxygen cleaned in accordance to C.G.A. standards.
